We are a manufacturer in Zhongshan (6,000+㎡) and cooperate with large-scale OEM factories, enabling full control over design, production, testing, and assembly.

Yes, we have 2-5 years warranty for different kinds of products. During the period, if customers have the approval showing product quality issues and if certified by EZCOLED engineers, we would replace new items with the next new orders or directly shipped if urgently.
What is the lead time of EZCOLED Lighting ?
Usually the sample about 3-5 working days, and regular orders in 2 weeks. But it will take a little longer for customized products.
